Red face How do budgie ears look like?

Hi everybody,
Today I was giving the budgies a bath and I was wondering whether water goes in their ears when their feathers are wet like it does with some other animals
Does anyone know how their ears look like underneath all these feathers?

Thanks in advance

Zeena

Underneath the feathers is just a hole....there is no outer ear like in humans dogs or cats.... unless you are really spraying a bird hard with water I do not think you need to worry to much about them getting water in their ears... they are made to withstand all the rain and wind in the wild.

Budgies don't have ears, just ear canals under the feathers on the sides of their heads I wouldn't worry too much about water getting in them.

Thank you both so much!
I did see a hole on the side of BonBon's face and it freaked me out! I was thinking did some other bird hurt him? :0
