Question

Hey guys.
I remembered that feathers of my budgies' heads were sometimes not shiny and were almost like this budgie(I don't own this pic).

Was it a bad sign?
Their bodies and face were all ok and clean but it's just their heads...

Thanks! I did manage to catch that picture just in time.. It was a coincidence, but the picture turned out pretty good..

The picture you're showing is not really good to compare because the budgie is wet.. When it was only the head, and only sometimes, I don't think that's caused by vitamin deficiency
