i was searching for a list of natural food they can eat as i think they need more than the seeds and pellets mix

They will eat most fruit and vegetables. But with the luttuce, that could give your bird diahria, depending on the type and how much your bird eats.

yeah you shouldn't feed parakeets ICEBURGE LETTUCE it isn't nutritional or healthy for them

Thank you for the list. There are some food items that I disagree on, but for the majority, it's good.

There are a few threads of food list threads.

Lettuce is not nutritional for budgies, but they aren't harmful either. Many people like to use lettuce to wean budgies to eating greens because most budgies love lettuce. It is good to use the lettuce only until the budgie starts to eat other greens. lettuce should not be a part of their staple diet.

And when trying lettuce, use the dark leafy lettuce such as green Leaf or Red Leaf. Do not use iceberg lettuce. Cucumber also has no nutritional gain for budgies, but as lettuce, it is not harmful and should not be fed daily.
