Default broken toe

It looks like Tweek has the long to in the front on his right foot broken. It's bent to the side It's been that way since I've had him, so I know it's not real recent at least.

My question is do you think it hurts him? Are broken toes a big problem for budgies?

If it is an older injury it probably does not bother him any more. Does he avoid standing on the foot? Is he protecting it? You can usually tell if their feet hurt....
