Default Eggfood recipe for budgies!

I wanted to make my own eggfood for my budgies and was looking to find a recipe. Anyone have a good recipe that their budgies really like?

Thanks,
ERIC

Here's one that I used for the first few times I've made egg food for my birdies:
http://www.javafinch.co.uk/egg/eggndx.html

But you don't necessarily need to follow it to the T, egg food is very versatile and steps could be modified or simplified to your liking.

I now just usually hard boil an egg, take off the shell and cut the egg into smaller pieces and then bake in the oven for 5 mins to dry it abit. I throw the egg shell into the magic bullet (blender would do fine) and add the egg (it should be crumbly at this point). Afterwards I also add some chopped carrots and peas for those extra vitamins

Also granivore mix is good. Add breadcrumbs and some veggies and the mix and a egg and it turns into a crumble kinda
