I got me a budgie bird for the first time yesterday after being over to my freinds house and loving her 4 birds and wanting something alittle more silent than a quaker or cockatiel but as noisy as a finch can get but be just as lovable as the quaker or cockatiel. Really new to this whole thing of taking care of my bird and hes been in his cage for the last day or 2. Anyways im from boyne city, MI and im 20 years old.
I think the very best advice anyone can offer is for you to read through all the FAQs and the stickies located at the top of each section of the forum. You'll find most all of your basic questions are answered after you've read through all of them.
