Default Bird Flu.

We had a few (like 3) suspected cases of the bird flu instate, and as of now it seems that travel/movement of any kind of bird is now banned throughout the state.
(or maybe just one facility, known to sell chickens, not sure at this point. I don't know many bird owners personally)

how does it look in your neck of the woods?
how do you deal with outside flocks?

It is always best to have all the facts before jumping to conclusions with regard to matters of this nature.

Here is the information regarding the Avian Flu which started in TN and moved into AL:

Avian Flu Detected in Three Alabama Locations | Agweb.com

The indication is there is a stop-movement for POULTRY in the Alabama.

The latest report from the CDC, dated March 8, 2017 is linked below
