Hey Nyd,

This is usually from a new move in most cases because of stress..Did you just get her? Overall, it could be worms, the start of a respiratory infection or sinusitis, mega bacteria, etc...So, you need to clean her vent area using warm water and some Q-Tips..You can first make a bowl of warm water and just keep pouring it over her area since it can get like cement and you don't want to hurt her.., then take a warm cloth and clean her along with the Q-Tips, they work great for this.if you have any vaseline after you clean her, put some around her vent so her droppings will be easier to pass off..Also, see if you can trim her feathers a bit to prevent sticking as well..You should get her to an Avian Vet and have her checked over..

Most likely they will put her on Baytril which is an antibiotic and works great for this...However, I would have a few fecal tests done so they can be sure what she has and why not a CBC (Blood Test) while your there..

Also, do you have a heating pad?? Let us know and I will tell you how to set it up..If she is fluffed, you need to keep her warm! very important...So be sure to dry her after cleaning her vent

She was I thimk vomitong at first because would open her mouth shake her head and stuff would fly lout and onve even hit my face! Anyways, is this good hospital cage for her until I can take her to,the vet on monday cause my parenys cant take me till then since its, thanksgiving, weekend. Also I think shes dehydrated wgat, can I do to get her hydrated. And she seems to be doing a bit better today because shes not throwing up anymore and her buts not clogged up but is still fluffy and has diarrea. Oh and I cant clean her bum cause shes one of my agreasive budgiea Nd bitea really hard unless I have food in my hand so hpw can I get a hold of her. How long ahould I keep her in the hoapital cage. Oh no! I'm so sorry about your little one.

I would recommend having your budgie Skyler checked out by an avian vet to see if he might be carrying an illness. It would be very difficult to know if he is (or will be) sick but the vet might be able to catch the early stages and prevent it from developing into a full-blown illness

I'm sorry I don't have more advice to give, but I did want to let you know that we're here for support.

Fly high, fly free, fly forever little Bella.
