I brought these as a bonded pair and was told she is a female

Welcome to the forums!

From that one photo I'm leaning more towards male, the cere seems to have more of a uniform purplish colour.
Since lutino budgies can be a little trickier to tell gender, if possible post a couple more photos in natural lighting showing the whole cere area (front shots of the cere).

For gender and/or mutation help - Lighting and Angle DOES matter

By the way, all photos entered in any of our forum contests must be a full-size photo and not a thumbnail attachment so it's good to know how to upload them!

Once you upload a couple more pictures, full frontal view of the cere taken in natural light, it will be easier to determine your budgie's gender.

What a pretty bird! More photos taken in better conditions would help to confirm the gender, as stated above
