I love how crisp and clearly focused all your pictures are.
With my eyes and shaky hands, mine always seem to come out somewhat blurry.

Cisco is a very handsome fellow and I love seeing your updates!

Cisco is on a distinguished road
Default Pickled Budgie

Cisco is crazy about wanting to explore things around the house - he doesn't seem to be afraid of much. Maybe a tiny bit if it's something totally new, but in about 2 minutes he's use to new things.

So I've discovered that he likes me to talk into the open end of things like a coffee pot or a big pickle jar while he puts his head right up close to the opening. He's fascinated by me talking as it is, but I discovered tonight when I talk in to a pickle jar he wants to get inside the clean jar!

I tried to snap some photos of him doing it, and they are a little blurry but you get the idea. Note that his flight feathers are all pretty much grown in now, and he can fly like a "super bird" should.

Cisco is an adventurer for sure.
That is exactly the type of thing my little lovebird, Peachy would do!

Since birds like Cisco and Peachy are so curious and brave, it is important that we, as their owners, are extremely vigilant when they are having their out-of-cage time to ensure they are safe at all times!!

I'm glad you aways closely supervise Cisco to ensure he isn't in any danger when he's playing.

Hi FaeryBee - Yeah, Cisco is like a curious 2 year old that wants to checkout everything he sees. Whenever he's not locked in his cage he's almost always in my sight. The very few times I have left the room for a couple of minutes he will stay with his cage even though it's open. So he seems to know he can explore and get into things in front of me, and maybe doesn't feel as safe being alone in the room so therefore takes comfort in his cage.

At one time I had a Budgie (Topaz) and a Quaker (Jake) at the same time and they got along well, but if I left the room for a couple of minutes Jake would go into Topaz's cage and tear all the perched down. When I walked back into the room Jake would high tail it out of Topaz's cage and go back in his own. Jake knew he was being bad ... LoL.

Haha Cisco being a little adventurous . Some birds are just more curious than others I think, and need to be supervised more closely. One of my parrots is like that too. I especially like the last pic with his perfect little throat spots .
