Default Female head bobbing

I've read that males head bob when flirting or happy, but I couldn't find much on females. My female does what can be described as head bobbing, though it looks different when I compare her to videos online. I managed to grab a video of her just finishing a head bob session:

At about 4 seconds in.
She does this every so often, for a short time and usually the bobbing can be quite pronounced. She always chirps while doing this do, and is definitely not vomiting/regurgitating. Is this the same as male head bobbing, or is this some different behaviour?

Ps. Sorry about the loud background noise in the video, I was seated near the washing machine in the kitchen and zoomed in to film ? Also she's by the window for sunlight and because she likes to look outside. She's also a solo budgie as she has been bullied in the past before I adopted her.

Both male and female budgies often head bob when they are happy and/or excited.

This is nothing to be concerned about.
