Default Budgie Bickering

Hello. This isn't a major issue, I am just curious what this is about.

My 4 budgies get along great! But when it comes to bedtime, they start bickering at each other and I hear some of them flapping a bit. The know it's bed time when I cover their cage. And then I turn the light off a few minutes later. And immediately after that it starts. But the strange thing is, is that it only lasts for maybe 5 minutes. And then I start to hear them grinding their beaks (I read that means they are content and relaxed) and they fall asleep.

Just curious why they do this at night for a few minutes? Couldn't find anything online. Thank you!

This is perfectly normal thing and the budgies are having a discussion about who is sleeping where for the night.
