do you give them to your budgies fresh or cooked?

Fresh. Boy won't eat any veg cooked.

Different budgies like their food prepared different ways. My budgies also like theirs fresh and on the stalk, but others may like it steamed, cooked, etc. It's sort of like an experiment with your budgies to find out what they prefer. :)

Mine like it both ways-I ussually get the bag of mixed frozen veggies and let some thaw on a plate to room temp-add some green peppers,some parsley,broccolli and whatever else I have in my fridge and give them it that way-Once in a while I make "birdie bread" with corn muffin mix( THEY LOVE IT) and I add diffrent things to it also...

brocolli is not an everyday vegtable here. when i got one i tried giving some to my budgies but seems to me they still not familiar with it. ill try my own special "tactic",
ill try eating brocolli in front of them. it worked when i was introducing corn on cob:D

My budgies like broccoli fresh. It's one of the few veggies that my budgies will actually eat!!
