I went to the pet store today to see what kinds of food they have. Clark seems to only eat the seeds with color. I heard pellet food was better for picky birds so I bought a "sample" of this. None of my bird have gone near any veggies or fruits I give them and this gives them the nutrition veggies and fruits have.

Has anyone tried it?

Thanks :)

I use that brand but the fruit blen- it is good for them but do a search on pellet conversion if you are looking to convert them from seed to pellet.

Zupreem is a good brand. I use the fruit blend and natural pellets. I haven't researched as much into their other lines... but the ingrdients on that one sound really good.

ohhh ya my cockatiels eat zupreem pellets and in the package it came witha little sample of the entrees. they love it! i haven't introduced pellets yet to my budgies gosh i really need to do that. and like the rest said, zupreem is a good brand, you shouldn;t have a problem with it. just make sure you introduce it to your fids gradually.

Zupreem is a good brand of feed. However, I don't believe in a 100% pellet dite. I still don't believe "we" have learned everything there is to put a bird on one type food only diet. I mix pellets with my grains and provide fresh fruits, veggies, whole wheat bread, and my home mixture of egg food to all my birds.

That is a good pellet food but dont stop offering the veggies and fruit. It takes time but they well eat it.
