new budgie

well i know i ahvnt been on here for a while now but we just went to the shop today and bought another budgie, its names kiki, were pretty sire its a girl but she has white abouve her pink, think it has a tinge of white, she s really cute tho, shes got yellow wings and tail, with a green back, her head is yellow, and she has 2 dark patchs of blue on her cheeks, i will try and get a picture of her when she settles in abit more.

billy is being a bit mean to her tho, hes nipping her, funny thing is shes abit bigger than him, when he learns she can bite back he will stop, he was very intrested when we put the box in tho, he thought his toy plastic budgie was talking to him!!!

yeah, i love her cheeks aswell, my mum didnt even notic them till she saw the pics!!!

thank you for all your replies, billys being mena to her agin, but shes fighting back, then he stops, itf funny, shes settling in quite well, i can stroke her on her back really well now, but then i slowly moved me finger up and found her favorite spot on her neck, she was enjoying it loads!!!

shes very playful, more playful than billy is, shes playing with the bells on the swing and all the other dangly thing, billy wont, but then again, where we bough billy there were no toys, were we bought kiki there was toys, well may be he will learn from her!!!

She's beautiful! The pet shop that has sells budgies near me never has as beautiful budgies as her in!

hopefully ill be able to get a job there, they have a few part time vacancies. they also have quite a few other cute budgies, theres another one i reallly like, blue green and yellow, he was so pretty
