Hmmm. Well, for starters, you would need:

* a nest box
* cuttle bones to provide the much needed calcium for your female

I don't breed budgies, so I don't know what else you would need....can anyone help out here? :rolleyes:

A lot of flight,
A big cage,
and a few other things as well... *thinks*
