I currently have no one in quarentine any more, as you can see by my signature, but I am not sure how long that will last. I haven't been to the pet store in a while and I decided that today I am going to stop by there. I don't think that I am going to bring any one home but if there are a couple of mutations there it might be hard to pass up. I am looking for either a yellow face type 2 cobalt, a yellow face dominant pied blue with a stripe acrosst the belly, like Dazie's, or a recessive pied sky blue, like my late Petrie. My mom wants the dominant pied one so I told her if I find one its coming home and it will be her late mother's day gift.

I'll let you know if anything gets added to the family.

Oh yeah I am going to get a new cage next week when I get my pay check so they will have plenty of room.

I would find it hard to resist getting more budgies myself, so I know what you mean. Three is my limit and I am sticking to it!

Your signature looks great with your sweeties all lined up like that! I know I don't need to tell you, but please let us know if you end up adding a new member to your flock!:p

Does your mom already have budgies?

Well, no new addition today. The pet store had a recessive pied but it didn't look to healthy nd I didn't want to bring an unhealthy bird inot my home with my existing flock. I am probably going to wait until I ge the new cage and everyone gets settled in. My mom has had them before and Ceaser is practically hers but she hangs out with the rest of my flock. I know that when I move out of this house that Ceaser and acouple of them have to stay with her.

i wish i had all them budgies but i have to say it would be alittle bite to hard to handle such as cleaning cage, buying the food, and giving attention and teaching them all how to talk, but i guess if you loved them and care for them it wont be to hard !!! lol !

The cleaning part is the only part that gets to me but it has to be done. As for food atention and everything else they get plenty of it. None of them talk yoet but my oldest, Ceaser, wolf whistles and Elwood gives kisses. They are teaching everyone else how to do that now, so if one starts talking I am pretty sure I'll have a flock full of talkers. I love these guys with all my heart and they definately make the messes worth it!!!
