He seems happy. The perches I have right now do not fit very well so I will have to get more tomorrow. He has trouble getting to the top perches because his wings are clipped, he cannot fly up to the top and the ladder I have right now only goes to the middle of the cage. But other than that he appears happy.

I found out I was wrong about the size of the cage. This is the actual cage. It is not very pretty but it is bigger. Does anyone have this one??

I actually had that very same cage. I liked it a lot. It was very nice looking and a very nice size for one budgie. However, within two weeks of purchasing it, I notice that one of the wires had come "unwelded", making it very hazardous. I took it back to PetSmart and they refunded my money. I had a hard time finding a cage with thicker wires, that I like as much, but eventually did.
