Hey guys, i'm wondering how much you guys spent on your cages, and pictures of them. My cage is small compared to everyones.. and i'm looking to buy a good deal at local pet stores. I don't know a good lengthxwidthxheight. Plus, i'm moving into a better home/environment, with much better space. Any suggestions? Thanks :D.

In all truth. I think you would do a LOT better if you attended a bird mart, bird fair, bird sale. You would have a much larger inventory to look at AND the prices at these events are a LOT less than what you would pay for at any pet store.

I have no idea where you are located, but the Fort Worth Bird Mart is May 19.

I fully agree with Kerry C.. I went to my first Bird Mart a few weeks ago, and I was amazed at the great prices on very nice sized cages. If you absolutely can't make it to a Bird Mart, Petco has better cages than PetSmart, but check your local pet store also. I found nicer cages at my local pet store (they carry a lot of birds also) at better prices. That said, the Bird Mart is still your best deal. Better price/better cage. :D

Usually pet stores have phony cages! They say that their cages are custom made for the species but it's actually way too small! I once bought a cage for ferrets and it was so small, my ferrets could barely run! It could only properly house a hamster! So I refunded the cage!
