How many different perches, toys, ect. do you put in your cage. I have a new cage coming in next week I think. It is very large (http://www.birdscomfort.com/flight_bird_cage.html) I went to petsmart and bought a little cuttlebone perch, two wooden perches, and I already have a long rope perch and a green "groomer" perch. Do I need more perches and how many toys can I put in? Any other neccesary things? (I already have a feed and water bowl.)

That's a very nice cage :)
It sounds like you've got most of the perches done. Budgies do need a variety of different perches to exercise their feet.
With toys, it looks like you can place in a bunch, but try not to overcrowd the cage.
It would be nice to add in a nice chewing toy as well, such as balsa wood.

From a mother's perspective...I would only put a few toys in at a time and then I would rotate them weekly. That way they don't get bored of them. This way they think they are getting new toys each week. :)

Could you give me a link? I don't have any idea what that is...
Also, both of my budgies like tearing things up . What would be some good toys for the destructive type?

I don't know if you have a PetSmart near you, but they carry the Pinata toys. I saw them just the other day. They are cute, cute, cute! When I get a bigger cage for Chicken I'm going to buy him one.

My Budgies favorite "shreddable" toy is called "Polly Wanna Zig Zag Toy". I bought it at PetSmart.

I have a Pinata toy for him, that I bought at a Bird Shop. To my surprise, so far, he has not shown much interest in it. After he enjoyed shredding his Zig Zag toy to pieces, I expected him to love the Pinata. I'll have to put it back into his cage and give it another shot.

I got my birds a shredder toy (http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=84552444180 7838&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302047591&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302023691&bmUID=1176900993100&itemNo=1&In=Bird&N=2047591&Ne=2) a while back and they LOVED it. When my cage comes in I may get a pinata toy...I couldn't find the zig zag toy though...
