Today in the shopping i discovered this:

It contains: white french millet, panicum millet, red panicum millet, plain canary, japanese millet, linseed, canola, lucerene grass, parsley, currents, paw paw, apricots.

I read all that and decided that it seemed to have lots of different seeds and stuff and that i would give it a try. I was just wondering about the lucerene grass, that's ok right? After pouring a bit of the mix into Blink and Oz's seed cup on their gym i discovered the lucerene grass makes up quite a large portion of the mix. Looks a bit like rabbit food! :P

They enjoyed making a huge mess and throwing the grass and parsley all over the place! Do you think i could use it as a regular seed mix?

That seed mix looks very interesting Bea! You're right about it looking like rabbit food. If I were you, I would offer it in addition to their current diet. :p It looks like a healthy supplement to their already varied diet that I know you give them.

Are they eating pellets Bea. I have had zero success with pellets. The mix looks interesting!

Yeah, they love pellets! :D In their seed dishes they get a layer of pellets on top of the seed and they have no problem eating the pellets to get to the seed.
