I have been looking for the cheapest heated perch online. The cheapest I have seen was about 30 dollars without shipping included. Does anybody have a site where they got a heated perch for a low cheapish amount. Thanks :)

When or why do you need a heated perch? I am asking cuz I have never heard of such a thing, so I would like to know the purpose of it...

A heated perch maintains a certain temperature that your parakeets feel comfortable at. If you have a cold room some times it will keep them comfy, and warm.
