I'm new to the site and enjoying it very much. My only challenge seems to be with pictures. I'm wondering what your max image size is. Unfortunately I live in an area with no access to high speed internet so I'm tortured with images that are too big. I've tried viewing some of the topics in this forum and have given up because it has taken so long for the images to load.

I am a member of another forum where the max is 450x450 pixels and I have no problem with images of that size or smaller.

I know that I am new, but I'm wondering if you can establish a max picture size to help those of us who have no choice but dial-up enjoy the site a little more.

Thanks so much!!!!

I agree on this. The larger pictures can be annoying. However, there is actually no feature with the forum software where the image size can be limited. The only way this could happen would be if we stated that pictures can be no larger than that size, and any pictures larger will be removed. I'll see what I can do. :)

Mine are a medium size. I resize them 50% smaller on my photobucket account.

Thanks for looking into it Dave. Believe me, I don't like to complain and would love to see the images at their full resolution. There was one message on here that had about 14 images at a high resolution. I gave up after waiting 20 minutes for it to load.

On the other site, mods will either resize the large images or make them into links if newbies are posting them too large. Most people are pretty good about making sure they are the right size.

Thanks again!!!
