Toast!?

Greengrass really loves a bit of toast in the morning and Bert used to love toast too. Does anyone else give their budgies toast? I know you feed them bread but what about toast???

Usually Green just gets the corner off someones toast, she loves it!! Pie and Chrissie don't really bother though...

I would think bagel's would be fattier that ordinary toast. With either it shouldn't be a daily treat, just a special treat from time to time. :)

I find my Quakers, Cockatiels, and Budgies LOVE mini-wheats and Cheerios, in addition to toasted and untoasted whole wheat bread. Just be sure, if you do use the mini-wheats that you DON'T use the Frosted Mini Wheats.

I have never tried toast with mine but I remember when I was young, my grandfather's budgie loving the stuff.
