so in the past few days i have found a system that works. ( i am training in the bathroom which i where i rained pumby and it is safe in there). what i co is open the big door an give Lenny a few bites of millet to start. then i put my left have in as if i were going to put him on my finger. i get it as close as possible then i good boy and let him have 1-3 bites of millet depending on how good he was. for him to get the millet he has to either let my finger go close or touch him or he has to touch my finger with his beak (like how they touch it to make sure it is safe). So he go smart and thought 'well if i get millet for touching her finger then that is what i will do.' so about 3 more time he touches my finger and then i started to touch my finger to his belly instead. He was so cute when he caught on though! i have also figured out how long to train for- when using the millet i just use one of the little balls on the millet spray; when he finishes the ball of millet then we are do and i try again later!:D
