My female looks like shes going to lay soon!

well polly has fattened around the vent area , is lumpy around the vent area , she lets her wings droop a bit , and she is constantly in the nest box. Her poops are huge , they hane been together for a while and it is 9 days since i seen them mate. It is sounding promising that she will lay. The big clues are the swollen vent and the large poops (and of course the mating helps too lol!!). All I can say is be patient and let nature take its course! Keep us updated; we'd love to hear how things are going! :p

Omg i am so excited thxs a lot!!! i also see her in the nesting box from afar when i look through the hole but not close i see her laying in the concave and her tail is raised so i am expecting lillte grandkids lol budgiekin:p :D

Ussualy the eggs comes about 8 days after they have mated it sounds like she will lay very sonn with the pig poops,wings dropped and swollen abdomen!Congrats!!!:)
