i was reading postes and what is a lace wing?

i owned a lace wing a few years ago, he looked almost like a white and blue recessive pied except he had the normal markings on his head and wings but instead of being black , they were light grey

Lace-wings are cinnamon albinos and lutinos. They have red eyes and cinnamon bar markings. It is a sex linked mutation, meaning the gean for this is on the female gean.

Lacewings are soooo cute. Rare. In my budgies genetics book they decreased. Aren't they sorta like clearwings or clearbodies?
I used to have them. It's a bird that's affected by both the cinnamon and the -ino gene. Mine was a total suprise cause neither parent was -ino OR cinnamon! :D If you breed from a male lacewing they can throw both cinnamon and -ino babies or more lacewings. :)
