September 2011 Member of the Month

Welcome! It's time to celebrate a brand new Member of the Month.

This person has been an active member since August 2nd, 2010. She has always welcomed new members and improved the site as a whole by suggesting new ideas, sharing her experiences and offering encouragement.

She has a beautiful flock of budgies which consists of Oscar, Jack, Willow and Coco, in addition to two cockatiels, Charlie and Milo, whom she lovingly refers to as the “super six!”

Her experience with birds inspired her to write a thread, which helps members to convert birds to a healthier diet. Her thread “How to convert your bird to a different diet” is now a featured sticky in the Budgie Health Forum. As well, her thread “How to clean your budgies cage properly” is a sticky in the Budgie Housing Forum.

Louara, I must say you have gone all out this month with the cute little animations and kind words. I really do value it :) I LOVE the chicken animation (chickens being one of my favirote creatures and hamsters and elephants coming close behind).
