No Bea i didnt skip quarantine,ive become good friends with my breeder christine who seperated muffin for me !! i only went to the farm for some free range eggs & fell in love with this guy !! So i was lucky christine has had him in quarantine for 2 weeks for me.Well spotted in the signature,i know loads of people who just go & buy budgies & dont worry about things like that:(

I didn't have quarantine when I got Misty for Dusty, I just put her straight in the cage with him!:eek:
She didn't pass any diseases on to Dusty though. Phew!

(I was a total beginner at budgies then.)

I bought Billy and Lily at the same place, same time and still quarantined them for 2 weeks, did I need to?

Then when they met, they got married, I said, you may peck the bride to Billy, and he did! Lol, I'm crazy.

I used to be one of those people who didn't quarantine. :( So sad, and one time i did end up with a very sick budgie but luckily she didn't pass it on.
