What is going on

HI My parakeet for the last day eats drinks does everything normal but when he goes to sit down he just goes mouth to mouth with the other parakket i have and his hair is standing up on his head withch they werent normaly and hes alittle fat do u now what is going on plzzz ?

I think they are regurgitating, nothing to worry about, but if you don't think it is, go to an avian vet which ypu can find here:

It does sound like he's feeding your other budgie. They get all excited and poof up their head feathers when they do this. :)

Yea they like to feed each other..it's a sighn that they are friends:)

No she just whent to eat and then she just preens and sits there and plays sometimes but i think she is getiing her firs molt how does a bird look when it is molting ?

Well, here's the best I can do to show you what a moulting budgie looks like. You can see the pin feathers (the feathers with sheaths around them) which are the new feathers that are growing in to replace the ones that were moulted.
