Like BOTM you have to perform a challenge and the challenge changes weekly. Unlike BOTM the contestants have to show interaction in each photo and that is not as easy as it may sound.

For this season the judges will be staff members.

Nope. Like if it's a food challenge, instead of having the bird standing there, it's better to have the bird interacting with the food such as eating it or playing, instead of having the bird beside a toy, it's better to have the bird playing with the toy :p

No, you do not need to be in the photos. Your bird will have to be able to interact with props, the prop depends on the challenge of course.

Have a look at an example from Season 4, the challenge for that week was Extreme Sports. Here is what the contestants came up with:

Bwwaaahahahah! Awesome video! I went through the treads of last years NTM and was amazed with what everyone came up with! Those pictures were insane and looked effortless! Could be fun to enter, but more fun to follow the competition. I can't wait!

Oh boy-Chibi-Chibi is a fierce competitor :D He knocked my socks off last season! Gracie-Mae has decided not to compete this season, she is taking a break from her modeling career :p ;) But she will be watching this season and cheering everyone on! :D
