Can anyone tell me Winnie's mutation? :) Is she a dilute or something like that? I need a fancy mutated bird since Willie's just a regular cobalt with nothing too fancy about her. :p

Does he have a white strip across his belly?

It's more of a patch of white, but it's there, yes. It doesn't go all the way across.
To me he looks like a skyblue dilute opaline spangle, if there's a spot on his tummy and a spot on the back of the head you can add dominant pied to that. Just for clarification i say spangle not because i can clearly see the wing markings but because of the white tail, this however could be related to the pied if he is indeed pied.

Does she look like him??
So my guess is that he is a Dominant Pied SkyBlue Dilute Opaline.

yours looks a little darker, but it may be the lighting.
It would just be a clear white spot.

It's not very big, but there's a tiny white spot on the back of his head.

I don't see spangle in him.
If there is a spot on the belly and back of the head he is Dominant Pied.
My budgie isn't that dark I just like to enhance my pics. :p

Ohh. :) In that case, it's possible. :p

Can dominant pieds get white tails too then? I wasn't sure, i thought it was a spangle thing (or some others like rec. pied, all/mostly white birds). All my dom. pied (exc. Ozzie cause he's spangle) have normal dark blue coloured tails.

Well, I have one dominant pied with a white tail. So I would have to suspect it occurs in Dominant pieds also.
Ahahaha! I think i may have just figuired it out! Clearflight dominant pied! White wing tips/flights and a white tail. ;) I don't have any clearflights which would explain why none of mine have white/yellow tails. So that would make Winnie a skyblue opaline dilute clearflight pied?
