I make homemade stuff sometimes. I use 1-2 hard boiled eggs (mashed finely) and then add enough wholemeal bread crumbs to get rid of the sticky feel of the eggs. Then you can add in some finely chopped veggies like carrot, and leafy greens! All my birds go nuts for it. It keeps in the fridge for 3-4 days.
