Well i wanted to ask everyone here a few questions to see around how long it take to tame a budgie and just some other random questions. I know its different for everyone but i just wanna see.

1. Around how old was your budgie when you first got him/her?

2. How long have you had your budgie?

3. How long did it take for your budgie to *like* you?

4. Doesn your budgie prefer to perch on your finger than be inside the cage?

5. How long did that take?

6. If on the ground will your budgie come on ANYONES finger?

7. What gender is your budgie?

1. Kiki was about 4 weeks old, that is what I assume. I got her in November and she is just now going through her first moult

2. I have had Kiki for about 5 months

3. She still does not *like* me but is better than before

4. she prefers her cage over anything

6. Yes, if she has to choose between the ground and a finger she would prefer a finger

7. unsure, I think Kiki is a he but waiting to know for sure. For now I call her a she...

i think kiki is a male, and yeah those are pretty much the same for me lolm but i've had my budgie for 1 week.

Still don't know the gender of my budgie :P LOL it likes to be on my finger, and my face..O.o lol when hes out, he'll perch on anyone's head, or on an inflatable innertube that my brother has as a toy...o.O
