This is my first training journal and I'm intent on training Blue to step-up within this month, I hope it goes well.:fingerx: So far he won't really freak out when my hand is in the cage but he will watch it as if trying to stare it down. He will let me feed him millet but when he sees my hand moving closer to him he will stop and turn around deciding whether to fly away or not, although sometimes he will just hop onto the side of the wall where his favorite mirror toy is and look at it and bite it. He wont eat or drink in front of me, and he doesnt bath and doesnt like being misted. I have had him for 85 days, about 2 months and 25 days, havent made much progress, but now i'm starting to buckle down and work harder.:proud::thumbsup:

Good Evening All, Blue and I have gotten a little closer over the past few days. I gave him quite a bit of millet(but not too much) one day, and now he won't sit on his favorite swing very much unless I'm gone. When I get back he will sit right where I give him millet everyday waiting for more. I give him a little bit before I leave for school and some when I get back, then a small nibble before I cover his cage for bed. He eats it faster than he did before, I think it's because before he used to debate whether or not to eat from me, but now he's all for it!:)
