I have to say, Bailey has been an absolute ray of sunshine. She is so sweet & loving, I can't even believe it. This is so much more fun than I was even expecting!

She sat on my shoulder while I drove to pick up my daughter from school and was sweet as sweet can be. I may have to get another one for my kids because I think I'll be stealing this one! :loveeyes: :clap:

They are really precious. Mine (BABY) shocked me too. Spend lot of time with her and you'll be amazed at how intelligent they are. Baby goes to the grocery store, rides on the shopping cart, loves the car..(perches on me or the back of the seat), potty trained....I LOVE TIELS and yours looks adorable! Sorry got excited there for a minute...:D

Babyluv12- I can't believe you take yours to the grocery store! I'd be too afraid. I'm so scared I'm going to do something I'm not supposed to with her & make her sick or something.

LOl...The first day I bought her they wanted to fit her in a TINY budgie box and I told them to keep it! I had never intented to buy her (it's a long story) so I had to keep running my errands that day...so we went toghether...Grocery store, the bank, post office...etc...She loves the car rides and gets super excited to the point where she gives me kisses when we get in and she knows she's coming...The shopping cart thing is halarious...Everyone stares at her!!! Spoiled brat! Once you take her once or twice she will be familiar with it and it can be real fun for her!!! PS_ if Bailey is clipped feel free to take her along just be careful when outside the car in a parking lot...etc...It's real nice to take her! Enjoy!!!!

PS-The more time you spend with her the smarter and tamer she will be! Remember they copy us...;)

Well, I don't think that will be a problem...the only time she's been in her cage since we've gotten her is to sleep last night! :p

I had one when I was a little girl, but I don't remember it at all. Except that it was grey. I did however have Maccaws, Maluccans & an Amazon. Those I do remember.

They were definitely not as snuggly as this little sweetie. She sat on my shoulder all night long & when I finally put her to bed, my shoulder looked like it had snowed a couple of inches!! LOL! :giggle:

She's so great, she follows me by running back & forth in the cage as I go back & forth across the room. When she sees me coming to the cage she bombards the door like she's rushing the stage at a rock concert! LOL Good times, good times.

Yup! Sounds REALLY familiar.. lol If she starts tweeping when you are out of the room please RESPOND-Call her name, tell her you're still there. Tiel do that with their flock, esspecially spoiled ones! She'll suprize you...trust me!:) :) :) I'm sure you probabyl know this but don't pet her on her back,tail or vent area..(her butt)..It will remind her off mating....Well... I'm too excited about you getting her...Sorry! :o
