Thanks goes to buuzbee for asking for this feature.
As you're all aware there have been threads created over the past few weeks I'm sure many of you would have ignored all together, even when it came to seeing them in the new posts list. There was nothing you could really do about it though. Now, you can actually ignore these threads! Here's how.
Enter the thread you want to ignore. Above the first post should be a button/link that says Thread Tools. Click that, a menu will drop down. Select Ignore Thread (fourth option down). This will ignore the thread for you.
To see your list of ignored threads, go to your User CP and click on the Ignored Thread link in the left column. This will show you a list of the threads you're currently ignoring. On this page, you will also have the option to un-ignore the threads, or just to view the threads that you have ignored.
I hope everyone finds this new feature useful, and hopefully it won't need to be used too much... ;)
