Is she eating reagularly? Do you have her cage near any drafts? How are her droppings?

If you feel that she could be sick, it is important to take her to a vet.
You mentioned that when you pick her up she acts lifeless. I have experienced this with my finches several times, especially with the Societies. Everytime I grab one they act motionless, but then I see them open they're eyes a little and they manage to get away.

As of now all I can recommend is getting her to a vet.

No Alicia, I wouldn't dare house them together. But I do let them out together as you can see from the photos. All my birds get to interact with eachother even the Lovebirds. I do keep strict supervision on them though.

I think still you can't the budgie will become too dominant over the cockatiel, that if something were to happen the cockatiel can get hurt or the other way around.

Are there any drafts near her?
Also is she housed alone or with other finches?
Is she molting?

I read that there is no way to tame a Finch. I guess whoever wrote that was wrong!

Societies are easier because they are man made from years of breeding; They can't be found in the wild. The Zebra finches I have to say were the hardest to train, but the Zebra finches I currently have were born here so they are used to me.

I have two Societies and 6 zebra finches. Only 5 of the Zebra finches hatched here, They are from two different clutches. Alvey, Dell, and Seymoore are the uncles of Almond and Pistachio.
