So it looks like I am now in the market for a cockatiel. We're looking for a baby hand-fed & tame pied or pearl pied.
My husband cracks me up. He said he's surprised that I haven't come home with one yet, seeing as though we spend so much time at Omars Bird store. I told him I would never make a decision like that without discussing it with him first. It was then that he admitted he really doesn't care if we get one or not. He just likes all of the attention he's been getting! LOL

Anyway, wish me luck on finding the perfect new addition to our family! Oh, & when we do find one, be prepared for a TON of pics!:D

Oh, I LOVE conures. Alas, I think my hubby would have a hard time with the volume control on anything bigger than a tiel. LOL! I however, grew up with quite a few Maccaws, an Amazon and a Moluccan so I have no problem with noise levels. (Except that I'm a little hard of hearing now due to the Moluccan, LOL!)

Oohh cant wait for pictures. I fall inlove with alot of birds but ever since I baby sat for the school's tiel I realized They are LOVE.
