I took a few pics of my finches in flight, some aren't that good being that they fly very fast and it is nearly impossile to catch them in the whole pic.

Wow! it must be hard getting pictures of finches flying. They fly so quick! Whoever could do that has some major skills in photography!!

It is quite hard, being that I cut of Dell's head in the pics I took of him. You have to move the camera just fast enough to get them in the picture.

Those are great! I had a hard enough time catching my budgies flying, I clicked the button and moved the camera fast in the general direction they were going and got random pictures. I can't imagine with finches!

By catching do you mean by catching them to put them back in the cage or taking a pic?

I found it cute, since we had them as chicks we got to see them change from their dull colouring to their bright plumage, and black beaks to their bright red beaks.

Oh thats easy the Society Finches are handtamed and the female Zebra is also. The male Zebra Finches are the tough ones, but we usually wait for them to go on top of the cage and we grab them.
