um i dont think thats a budgie it looks like a parrotlet or love bird possibly. either way its very cute!

Pickles thinks she is a dinosaur! She's a little raptor, when we put her down on the floor, she runs like a raptor! I need to get that on camera, it's the funniest thing ever!
