undecided on if my budgie is male or female

Hello everyone. I need some help on deciding on which gender my budgie is. I have had snowy for about a year now. I know about how you can tell their gender from there cere but it is neither blue nor brown. I also know you can go to the vet to see what gender they are but I don't want to put snowy through that stress. So just take a look a snowny's photos to help me decide.

100% male! :p He's a recessive pied and as you've had him a year if he were female his cere would have turned brown by now. As it's pink that makes him a male as recessive pieds (as well as inos) keep their pink baby cere if they're male.
