Morning Screeching

I'm not sure if this is the right category to put this, but I was wondering if anyone else had the problem of their budgie making squaking noises in the morning, right after they are uncovered. I keep thinking he's mad about something, but he does it when my mom passes his cage too. She thinks that maybe he doesn't like her, but when I have him out of the cage, he'll sit comfortably on my finger right beside her without making those noises.
O.o its weird, is there a problem? I'm a little worried.. *please excuse my typos*

I hear that budgies are usually vocal in the morning try calming music...mine love country......maybe he will start singing instead of screeching.

I think its more like ..well I'm not sure. I let him outfrom 3 till about 4;30..then after supper from 7- till it gets dark..^-^;
But not in the morning cause I'm rushing around o.O
The tv or radio is usually on, and its on classical..hehe
And he flaps his wings rapidly while doing it and then just lapses back into happy chirping O.o "Petri, I think you're weeeeird!" :rolleyes:
