Babies??!!

Today I put a next box in the breeding cage of my to new budgies, Sky and Mr No name (hasn't got a name yet). Anyway I've just been to check and they're sitting there looking at it!! Ooohh, I'm soo excited! :happy4: Does anybody know what time of the day they tend to breed?

Late afternoon they lay and they mate anytime, mostly in the morning. And the egg takes 26 hours to develop

No babies yet but yestarday I went to check on them and they were mating. Ohhh.. I do hope they will have babies! Does anyone know how long it takes for them to lay their first egg, from when you put the nesting box in?
