If ahe is on her own then it would be a good idea, but if you are every going to breed her then she will get too attached to it and not her partner.

Missy needs her mirror in my opinion...if you see it's getting in the way of you or her mate then remove it over it on her gym or every other day.

Then she will miss it and spend time looking for it instead of spending time with her partner, so if you are going to breed don't get her one. If not, do get her one.

Mirrors aren't good toys for single budgies. They don't understand that the budgie in the mirror isn't real and get frustrated when it doesn't return the affection. They can also become attatched to it so much that they never want to leave it and become aggressive if you try to remove it. More of your company would be much better than a mirror. Or even more toys to keep her amused. :D
