well i cam home and went to talk to them and found out i couldent fined mardy i look at the bottom of the cage and he was dead i screamed my mom i sayd MOM!!!!!!!!! mardy died i am so up set :crying2:

Oh no, Alicia please don't blame yourself. You are a great owner and were doing the best you could to save him. If you didn't have any money to take him, then there was really nothing you could do, and I understand the money situation.

Awwww Alicia, it wasn't your fault! The same happened to me with Skye. I just couldn't stop thinking it was my fault. But then I got over it, and sussed that budgies do get ill, and sometimes it can't be helped.

I know the vets prices are so high, I expect that a few animals pass away due to vets prices.

I am so sorry Alicia. The whole thing is pretty tragic. I think you should be safe holding him until tomorrow but you should bury him soon. Let us know when that will be so we can think about him with you.

Oh Alicia, I am so so sorry to hear this awful news! I know exactly how you feel. It sucks. I hate grief. The first week is the hardest week, and after that it gets a little bit better. Very slowly. RIP Mardy darling.

i am over it but when i think about it i cry i try as hard as i can not to think of it and a load off my chest that i found out was it's not my fault because it's like a flew he had bactirieal infectiion like a flu i shuer hope mardy dosen't get it :(
