well i've notice my bird is attached to her cage. She always tries to jump back on the perch. Also when she's out of the cage she always tried to fly back inside and stuff.

How do u get your bird to get out of its cage or make them want to get out by themselves? Is there anything i can do to reverse this attachment?

Just at first when you're working with her put the cage out of sight. Eventually the bond with you will increase enough for her to ignore the cage if you're around.

actually today at like 6 pm like 3 hours ago, i was taking her out of the cage slowly and she wouldn't turn around to jump back in! Also she comes on my finger a lot easier all of a sudden and in the living room while im watching tv she always comes to the side of the cage closest to me and stares at me sometimes lol!

I've been working with her outside of the cage a lot lately like you said :)

Also when i bring her back to the cage door she will stay on and when i put her inside she will still stay on my finger unless i just stand with her in front of the cage door then she will jump.

Another thing i suggest is rearranging the toys in her cage regularly. This helps reduce cage related aggression and it's more interesting for her anyway. ;)
