View Full Version : Do you have favorites?
This is easy for people with only one budgie, but if you have more than one budgie, do you have a favorite?
I admit that I do have a favorite. Between Kansas and Vegas, Vegas is my favorite. He's much more playful and funny to watch. He's much more active.
My old favorite was Budgie. She was a sweetheart. :)

Well...hmmmm....after a long pause of thought and meditation I have finally come to an answer. I would have to say that my favorite budgie is...Kiki! :p
LOL! Well i have many favourites for all different reasons. Obviously Blinkie is tame and friendly so he has his playful, cheeky charm on his side but many of my aviary budgies have cute traits that make me smile while i'm watching them. Lime always comes over to say g'day and will eat from my hand if i offer him something nice. Razzo loves chewing on my clothing and Buzz sometimes tries to attack the camera while i take photos.:)
It's so funny how budgies can have such different personalities. Most people wouldn't think that's so because they're birds. They really do though.

As hard as I try to choose a favourite, I just can't bring myself to choose one. I love them all for different reasons. Like you said Dave, they are so varied with their personalities. Kiwi is mister mellow man, Aries is extremely energetic and excitable and Skyla is the Queen bee of the group. Hooray for budgies!

same here but i have to say right now my favorite is farva because he will relax with em and just watch tv and wont fly off and wont get scared when i pet him. But i also like ramathorn cause his colors are awsome. Finally i love my baby girl cause she is white and i actually picked her out, unlike ramathorn and farva which i got free with cage from an old lady.

That's a hard question. Well I've got Percy the cheeky, Millie the...well shy, Sky the funny and Sparkie the handsome, so it's very hard to chose!

I know your not supposed to have a favorite BUT.........my favorite is Houdini. He is by far the tamest and would sopend the entire day with you, unless its infront of the other birds then he gets embarassed and runs away as if he's saying "MOM, no infront of them!!!"
My favorite budgie is Blue I got him for my 13th birthday from a breeder and he is a beautiful bird.I am getting a mate for him today or tommorow.

In my house, Green is definatly the favourite of my Mum's. Bert was my favourite, and only because i spent so much more time with him. :)

out of all my budgies, Salsa is my favorite. She is one of the babies I bred last year. She was always so curious, would nibble my hair and give me kisses. She really bonded the best of all the babies last year.
(shes now in love with mickey, so i've been dumped lately though)
