profile update ?

hi,can anyone advise me how you update youre profile & how to add a aviator ? :S thanks.

You click on User CP up the top. To add an avatar you click on 'Edit Avatar' and then browse to find a file on your computer. To update your profile click on 'Edit Profile' and change whatever you want changed and then 'Save Changes'. :)
