Eucalyptus is fine for budies, especially since it is native to their habitat as you mentioned. In fact, eucalyptus has trace elements such as lysine (which is good for breeding health), methionine (which is an amino acid that can help prevent beak disorders), vitamin C and even dietary fibre which is often lacking in a budgie's diet. So go ahead and get that eucalyptus! :p

Yup, i regularly go for a walk to pick some leaves for my birds, they all love it!

Thank you very much! Now to find a plant for my babies. I can't recall every seeing a plant here in Texas. Not sure why, I think they smell great!
